Tickets for concerts, and most events at Abbotsford Centre can be purchased in person at the Envision Financial Box Office on the east side of the venue. Please call 604.743.5000 to inquire about additional details and accessibility requests.

 

Buying tickets from unauthorized sources increase the risk that tickets could be counterfeit, leaving fans disappointed when they arrive at Abbotsford Centre.

Service charges apply on all box office and online sales.

There are no refunds or exchanges on any ticket purchased for a Abbotsford Centre concert, or event. This includes instances of inclement weather. In the event that a show is cancelled or rescheduled, please contact the original point of purchase.

*The Abbotsford Centre is NOT a Ticketmaster Retail Outlet. Local Ticketmaster Retail Outlets are no longer available. Visit the venue where your event is taking place to purchase locally or contact the venue directly.

Tickets may be picked up at the Envision Financial Box Office by the purchaser with a valid photo ID. The box office is open 2 hours prior to the event time.
